The Lowdown
The Piha Canyon is located in the sub tropical rainforest of the West Coast Waitakere Ranges. This wicked day trip sees you abseiling down showering waterfalls and fern-covered volcanic rock walls, swimming through pools of turquoise blues and greens, and exploring intricate cave systems.

Fitness level: moderate exercise, some jumps and heights involved
Included: Lunch Wetsuits and equipment
What you need: Swimwear and towel Spare shoes that can get wet (e.g. trainers)
